Burg Simpson is pleased to announce that founding shareholder, Michael S. Burg, will speak on the role of the federal and state court judges in mass tort litigation at special seminar organized by Mass Torts Made Perfect (MTMP) and the Temple University, Beasley School of Law, on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the Ritz-Carlton hotel in Philadelphia.

Mr. Burg will share the podium with some of America’s most prominent Federal and District Court Judges, as well as some of the most respected trial lawyers in the country.  The forum will focus on topics such as: state and federal cooperation; bellwether trial selections; privilege issues; the role of the Special Master; the role of the federal and state court judges in mass tort resolution; and how the courts are dealing with novel scientific theories.
