David M. Hill
David is deeply passionate about helping individuals, businesses, and his community succeed. His practice focuses on business formation, contracts, real estate property, lease agreements, estate planning, personal injury, and civil litigation. Additionally, David is interested in administrative, municipal, and education law. With an M.B.A. and Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Supply Chain Management, David enjoys using his business background to find practical, strategic ways to help his clients.
David has worked as a judicial law clerk and judicial extern in Wyoming’s Fifth Judicial District Court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, respectively. David also serves as a Circuit Court Magistrate, District Court Commissioner, and Treatment Court Judge in Wyoming’s Fifth Judicial District. He is extremely grateful for the experience to work in the judiciary where he can have a direct, positive impact on the lives of individuals in the community.
While in law school, David worked as an intern with several prosecuting offices including the United States Attorney’s Office in Washington, D.C. and Wyoming, Colorado’s Fourth Judicial District Attorney’s Office, and several County Attorneys’ Offices throughout Wyoming.
David enjoys spending time outdoors appreciating nature, but above all else, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
David is currently licensed to practice in the State of Wyoming.
