Jennifer M. Elias

Jennifer M. Elias is an attorney at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh Jardine, P.C. She currently focuses her law practice on personal injury and medical malpractice matters. She has practiced since 2008 and has vast experience in personal injury.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked in-house for an insurance company, where she completed 14 jury trials as sole chair, several bench trials, hundreds of arbitrations, depositions and mediations. Prior to working for an insurance company, she worked for Community Legal Services (legal aid), where she provided legal advice and represented clients who qualified for services. She worked with local domestic violence shelters and did community outreach by presenting on domestic violence and orders of protection as well as other family law issues.

Jennifer Elias was born in Sioux City, Iowa and grew up in South Dakota. She sought warmer weather and attended The University of Arizona. She returned to her home state to attend law school, but three law school winters convinced her to return to Arizona. When not practicing law, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her spouse and two children by attending activities, reading, traveling and cheering on the Arizona Wildcats as well as the Green Bay Packers. She is also quickly becoming a soccer fan. She enjoys spoiling her dog, a Portuguese Water Dog, named Rusty.
