Aaron Zaluzec
Aaron N. Zaluzec is an associate at Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C., where he represents clients in complex, catastrophic loss litigation across multiple jurisdictions throughout the United States. His practice focuses on high-stakes matters involving construction defects, product liability, explosions, wildfires, and claims arising in the utility, oil, and gas industries.
Mr. Zaluzec earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and his Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2013. While in law school, he was active in student government and mentoring initiatives, clerked at a nationally recognized litigation firm, and represented Chicago-Kent and Heartland Alliance in the middle east, traveling to Iraq where he helped launch a program to assist attorneys and social workers in protecting women and children from gender-based violence and abuse.
Mr. Zaluzec has represented clients throughout the United States and internationally and has helped lead litigation teams that have secured resolutions in excess of $100 million. He brings a strategic, results-driven approach to disputes involving complex technical, scientific, and factual issues.
