Jesselyn Zailac
Jesselyn Zailac focuses her practice on representing injured workers in Workers’ Compensation matters. Ms. Zailac obtained her J.D. From the University at Buffalo School of Law. While at the University at Buffalo, Ms. Zailac was a student attorney with the Community Justice Clinic, representing clients in immigration matters and was an associate of the Buffalo Human Rights Law Review. Ms. Zailac is a current member of the Workers’ Compensation Education Association and the Colorado Women’s Bar Association. She is also a licensed attorney in New York.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Ms. Zailac worked at firm in her hometown of Buffalo, NY, which specialized in representing injured workers in all matters, including Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. Ms. Zailac holds a MA in Arts Management and a BA in Studio Art and Art History from the University at Buffalo.
