Peter A. Gibbins
Peter A. Gibbins is an associate attorney in Burg Simpson’s personal injury department. Mr. Gibbins received his B.A. from Metropolitan State University in Denver, and he graduated from Washington University School of Law in 2018 with both a law degree and a LLM in Negotiation & Dispute Resolution. His law school honors include awards for oral advocacy and excellence in negotiation, and he volunteered extensively as a mediator resolving landlord/tenant disputes in the City of St. Louis.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Gibbins worked as a judicial law clerk, first at the Missouri Court of Appeals, and then at the United States District Court in the Western District of Missouri. Mr. Gibbins also interned for a U.S. District Court Judge in the Eastern District of Missouri during law school. Mr. Gibbins’ brings his years of experience working for state and federal judges to bear when fighting for his clients.
