Kristi Paschall

Burg Simpson trial attorney Kristi Paschall focuses her legal practice on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. Ms. Paschall is passionate about the law and believes it is her responsibility to advocate on behalf of victims who have sustained serious injuries through no fault of their own. She enjoys helping her clients navigate complicated legal situations, and her clients can rely on her skill, compassion, and attention to detail, both in and out of the courtroom.

Prior to pursuing her legal career, Ms. Paschall worked in Telecommunications as a project coordinator for national fiber optic communication rings, as well as voice over internet protocol (VoIP) and virtual private networks (VPN). Ms. Paschall completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Denver in 2007 in Communications and earned her law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2010. While attending law school as a single working mother, Ms. Paschall was awarded the Humiston-Varney Scholarship for academic merit.

Before joining Burg Simpson in 2020, Ms. Paschall litigated personal injury cases, domestic relations disputes, criminal matters, probate cases, and bankruptcies. She is a current member of the Colorado Bar Association and Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

A Colorado native, when not advocating for her clients, Ms. Paschall enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, attending sporting events, (Go Broncos and Cornhuskers!), theater productions, school functions, camping, fishing, and reading.
