A dedicated advocate for her clients, Jessica Powell works tirelessly to not only achieve the best possible legal outcome on cases, but also to make sure that her clients understand the process every step of the way. Driven by a passion to help others, Jessica focuses her practice on medical malpractice, wrongful death, employment law, business law, personal injury, and mass tort litigation, including lawsuits involving defective pharmaceutical drugs and devices. Additionally, Jessica Powell handles vaccine injury cases in the United States Court of Federal Claims.

Since 2021, Best Lawyers of America recognized Jessica as a “One to Watch”, a prestigious award that is given to up and coming young attorneys.

Prior to practicing law, Jessica Powell earned her Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Kentucky University, graduating magna cum laude in 2005. She spent over a decade handling disability cases before she pursued her law degree, which she earned from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, graduating summa cum laude, in 2016. Jessica is currently admitted to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.
