Phillip Reither

Phillip Reither is an attorney in Burg Simpson’s Personal Injury Litigation Department. He received a B.S. from the University of Missouri in 2006 and graduated from St. Louis University School of Law in 2011.
Mr. Reither is a native of St. Louis, Missouri, but has resided in the Denver area since 2016. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Reither was a litigation attorney at another Denver area personal injury firm. Over the course of his career, Mr. Reither has successfully litigated personal injury matters as well as bad faith claims and claims against Colorado governmental entities. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Missouri, and Illinois.
