Grace Osberg
Grace Osberg is an attorney in Burg Simpson’s Construction Defect Department. She focuses her practice on representing homeowners and community associations in construction-related disputes. Ms. Osberg is admitted to practice in Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado.
Ms. Osberg obtained her J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While at the University of Denver, Ms. Osberg served as Senior Managing Editor to the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. In addition, Ms. Osberg, as a representative for the University of Denver, won a top oralist award in the Willem C. Vis Arbitration Moot in Shanghai, China.
Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Ms. Osberg served as a legal intern for the Honorable Judge Laura A. Tighe in Colorado’s 1st Judicial District. Furthermore, Ms. Osberg managed and handled full-cycle settlement negotiations and agreements in a variety of civil litigation cases.
