Aurora, CO – Accident with Injuries Reported on E Arapahoe Rd
Aurora, CO (July 13, 2021) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a traffic-related incident in the Arapahoe area that sent at least one person to a local hospital with injuries early Monday afternoon. Just before 1 p.m., on July 12, the South Metro Fire Rescue was notified that their assistance was needed on-site at a crash.
Reports from SMFR indicate that a collision between vehicles occurred in the 12000 block of East Arapahoe Road. The incident caused some disruptions throughout the area as crews spent over two hours clearing the roadway. EMS treated injured victims briefly on-site before transporting those in need of further care to nearby hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
