Denver, CO (October 16, 2020) – A fire incident reported in the Denver area left one person injured. On October 15, the Denver Fire Department responded to the site of a fire incident on South Broadway.
Reports show that a fire broke out inside a building located in the 2400 block of South Broadway during the early morning hours. The fire quickly took over the home and began extending to the neighboring structure. Crews worked aggressively to extinguish the first. While battling the blaze, crews were able to pull one person from the home. The victim was transported to an area hospital for treatment of injuries. Crews were able to take control of the fire and declare the incident under control. At this time, the cause of the fire is under investigation.
