Colorado Springs, CO – Injuries Reported in 4-Car Crash on N Powers Blvd
Colorado Springs, CO (September 13, 2020) – An accident reported on Saturday afternoon left at least one person injured in the Colorado Springs area. On September 12, at around 12:20 p.m., the Colorado Springs Police Department was called to the scene of a collision with injuries.
Reports provided by witnesses to the accident show that a white pickup truck was pulling a trailing down Powers Boulevard. As the driver of the truck turned from Powers Boulevard onto Palmer Park Boulevard, it crashed into a grey hatchback vehicle. The impact of the crash sent the pickup truck off the road where it traveled down a hill and crashed into two vehicles parked in a Walmart parking lot. At least one person involved in the crash was seriously injured. Injured victims were rendered aid at the scene and transported to area hospitals for further treatment of injuries. At this time, the CSPD is investigating.
