UPDATE: Denver, CO – Woman Dies after Pedestrian Crash on W Mississippi Ave
Denver, CO (August 12, 2020) – The woman who was injured in a pedestrian accident on Monday has died from her injuries. Just after 10 a.m., on August 11, the Denver Police Department reported to the scene of an accident on West Mississippi Avenue.
According to reports, a female was walking through the 1800 block of West Mississippi Avenue, near the intersection with Shoshone Street when she was struck by a white Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck. The woman was critically injured in the accident. Authorities later confirmed that the woman passed away due to the extent of her injuries. At this time, the accident remains under investigation.
