Peyton, CO – Injuries Reported in Auto Accident on Elbert Rd
Peyton, CO (July 10, 2020) – An automobile accident around the 17000 block of Elbert Road left at least one person injured. At approximately 5:15 a.m., on July 10, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Elbert Road.
Reports from the Sheriff’s Office show that a collision involving motor vehicles occurred on Elbert Road at the intersection with Hopper Road for unknown reasons. The collision resulted in an expansive delay in the area. At least one person involved in this crash was injured. The injured victims were transported to area hospitals for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
