Fort Collins, CO (July 23, 2020) – A major motor vehicle accident reported on Thursday resulted in injuries and extensive delays throughout the area. At approximately 7:15 a.m., on July 23, the Poudre Fire Authority responded to the site of a collision with the Fort Collins Police Department.
According to reports provided by PFA, a major motor vehicle collision occurred on Carpenter Road (County Road 32) near the intersection with Interstate 25. The crash resulted in delays throughout the intersection as crews spent over an hour at the site of the crash clearing debris from the roadway. At least one person involved in this crash was rushed to a local hospital for treatment of injuries. At this time, the crash remains under investigation.
