Denver, CO – One Person Killed in Four-Car Crash on I-70
Denver, CO (July 23, 2020) – A collision reported on the Denver-Aurora border early Thursday morning claimed one person’s life and left others injured. Just before 5 a.m., on July 23, the Denver Police Department responded to the site of a multi-vehicle collision on Interstate 70.
Reports provided by the police show that a black SUV, a red SUV, a white van, and a fourth vehicle collided on Interstate 70 near the entrance of Interstate 225 for unknown reasons. One person involved in this crash was fatally injured. The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene of the crash. An unknown number of victims sustained injuries in accidents. Medics rendered aid to those in need at the scene of the crash before transporting an unknown number of victims to local hospitals for further treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation with the Denver Police Department.
