Denver, CO – Motorcycle Accident on W Colfax Ave (CO-40) Results in Injuries
Denver, CO (June 12, 2020) – A motor vehicle accident in Denver on Thursday evening left one person seriously injured, according to police. At approximately 4:50 p.m., on June 11, the Denver Police Department and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on West Colfax Avenue.
Reports show that a motorcycle and a second vehicle collided on West Colfax Avenue (Colorado Highway 40) near the intersection with North Sheridan Boulevard for unknown reasons. The collision resulted in an extensive closure through the area. The rider on the motorcycle sustained serious injuries in the crash. The victim was rushed to a local hospital for treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
