Colorado Springs, CO – Pedestrian Injured in Crash on Astrozon Blvd
Colorado Springs, CO (June 13, 2020) – A serious auto collision on Friday evening left one person seriously injured, according to reports. Just before midnight, on June 12, the Colorado Springs Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the 5200 block of Astrozon Boulevard.
Reports from to police indicate that a pedestrian was attempting to cross the roadway along the eastbound side of Astrozon Boulevard, near Aeroplaza Drive, when they were struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was seriously injured in the crash. EMS transported the victim from the scene of the accident to a local hospital for further treatment. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
