At around 11:30 a.m., on May 30, the Colorado Springs Police Department responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Southgate Road. Reports show that a collision occurred along Southgate Road between Lake Avenue and Montrose Avenue for unknown reasons.
The collision resulted in extensive traffic delays through the area.
EMS responded to the scene to provide medical treatment and transportation to local hospitals for those in need.
