Those nominated for the 40 Under 40 award are Denver’s decision makers and leaders in their organizations and have been able to excel at their workplace or in their field at a remarkably fast pace.
Stephen Burg is a trial attorney at the law firm Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh Jardine, P.C. Mr. Burg’s practice is focused on representing victims of auto crashes, personal injury, trucking accidents, product liability injuries, gas explosions, wrongful death, and harmful drug products.
Mr. Burg has been recognized for his legal excellence both nationally and locally. He was named as a “Recommended Attorney” by the U.S. Legal 500. He is named a “Top 100 Trial Lawyer” by the National Trial Lawyers. 5280 magazine has named Mr. Burg a “Top Lawyer.” Mr. Burg has been admitted as a member of the “Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum” and was named Law Week Colorado’s “Compleat Lawyer”.
Nick Fogel’s practice is devoted to helping those who have been injured while working on the job and in the line of duty. In this capacity Nick has extensive courtroom experience handling a wide variety of matters.
In 2010, Nick was selected by Law Week Colorado as one of Colorado’s Up-and-Coming Lawyers, a distinction given to attorneys who are at most in their sixth year of practice and have already
accomplished tremendous things professionally and in the community. Recently, Nick has been selected by the National Trial Lawyers for inclusion in The Top 40 under 40 Association.
