On September 13th, residents of Andover, North Andover and Lawrence were affected by a series of deadly gas explosions that killed one person and injured 25 others. A state of emergency was declared, and the explosions affected nearly 8600 homes and businesses. The cause is still under investigation, but officials now believe the blasts were caused by over-pressurized gas lines.
