Burg Simpson shareholder Peter Burg has been honored to serve Craig Hospital for over a decade. He is a former member of both the Craig Hospital Operating Board and Foundation Board having served the maximum six-year terms on both boards. Peter is also a former Board Chair of Craig’s Operating Board, a past Craig Hospital PUSH Dinner Chair, and a long-time member of Craig’s PUSH event planning committee. Now Peter and his son Jake Burg, who also is a shareholder at the firm and the entire Burg Simpson team are proud to help further Craig Hospital’s unique culture of care programs, research, and the clinical trials aimed at improving outcomes, reducing long-term complications, and enhancing quality of life for those affected by spinal cord and traumatic brain injury.

About Jake Burg

Shareholder Jacob M. Burg’s practice is focused on personal injury litigation. Mr. Burg obtained his J.D. from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While at the University of Denver, Mr. Burg served as the Vice President of the Student Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Burg is currently a member of the Craig Hospital PUSH event planning committee and has been actively involved since 2018. Craig Hospital is a Denver-based hospital that is world-renowned as a premier center for specialty rehabilitation and research for people with spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury. Mr. Burg is also a member of the Colorado Bar Association Legal Fee Arbitration Committee.
