Sparks, NV – Injury Accident Reported at Wingfield Hills Rd near Vista Blvd

Sparks, NV (July 16, 2021) – Emergency crews were requested at the scene of a motor vehicle accident in the Reno area that caused moderate delays in traffic throughout the area while leaving at least one person injured. At approximately 7 p.m., on July 15, calls came in for assistance on-site at a crash on Wingfield Hills Road.

Reports from the Reno Emergency Medical Services Agency show that a crash between vehicles blocked Wingfield Hills Road and Vista Boulevard for over an hour on Thursday evening. Crews responded to the site of the crash and secured the area to prevent further injuries. EMS tended to victims before transporting those in need of further care to local hospitals. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
