Spring Valley, NV – Injury Accident Reported at W Tropicana Ave & S Durango Dr

Spring Valley, NV (July 16, 2021) – A motor vehicle accident reported on Thursday evening in the Spring Valley area ended in injuries. Just before 10 p.m., on July 15, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of a traffic-related incident.

Reports from authorities show that a crash between vehicles blocked West Tropicana Avenue near the area of South Durango Drive during the evening hours. The incident prompted emergency crews to close off the intersection as they worked to remove vehicles and debris from the scene. At least one person was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment of injuries. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
