Burg Simpson Attorneys Secure Seven Figure Settlement for a Personal Injury Client

The Burg Simpson team recently fought for and secured a seven-figure settlement for a client in a catastrophic personal injury case. Through no fault of his own, the client was injured while on the job and suffered life-altering injuries due to the negligence of his employer.

Following their investigation into the incident, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) cited numerous deficiencies of instances where the defendant’s negligence placed their employees in harm’s way. From the outset, work on the job site was performed without the employer’s regard to safe practices and their negligence was particularly egregious in protecting their workforce.

As a result of working in an unsafe environment, our client sustained devastating injuries. His treating physicians have determined that he is likely facing a future that will limit his mobility and ability to continue working in his chosen profession. His impairment will also require decades of additional treatment.
