Sabrina L. Goreham is an associate attorney in the personal injury department at Burg Simpson, where she advocates passionately for clients navigating life-altering injuries. Drawing on her extensive federal litigation experience, Ms. Goreham brings a unique combination of legal acumen and genuine compassion to each case.
Before joining Burg Simpson, Ms. Goreham served as a general litigation attorney within the Office of the Secretary for the U.S. Department of Commerce in Washington D.C. There, she managed a diverse federal litigation portfolio that included FTCA tort claims and personal injury settlements, providing her with valuable insight into complex injury cases from multiple perspectives.
Ms. Goreham’s judicial experience includes clerkships for two U.S. Bankruptcy Judges in Colorado and Alabama, where she drafted judicial opinions and bench memoranda on high-stakes reorganizations and contested motions. This judicial background has honed her analytical skills and understanding of how courts evaluate complex legal arguments.
Her professional journey also encompasses experience in litigation support, real estate, and insurance risk analysis—a combination that allows her to anticipate defense strategies while building compelling cases for her clients.
