Attorney W. Clayton Harris is dedicated to supporting clients as they navigate the challenges of the personal injury process. Mr. Harris obtained his bachelor’s degree in journalism from Auburn University (2005) and his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas – Minneapolis (2013). Before beginning his legal studies, Mr. Harris built a career in journalism and public relations, developing communication skills that continue to inform his legal practice. While studying at the University of St. Thomas, Mr. Harris honed his advocacy skills as part of the negotiations team and worked alongside Professor Mark Osler, supporting efforts to lobby members of Congress on innovative, economic-based approaches to combating drug crime.

He went on to sharpen his civil litigation skills at a prominent Denver-area personal injury firm for just over 4 years before establishing his own practice dedicated to civil litigation and criminal defense. In that role, he second-chaired a first-degree homicide trial and successfully defended 47 individuals against a company pursuing excessive fees from out-of-state customers.

When not at work, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and young son as well as fly-fishing, the many culinary destinations of Denver, and Denver Broncos as well as Auburn University Football.
