Samantha Beatty

Attorney Samantha E. Beatty’s practice is focused on construction defect litigation. Ms. Beatty received her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2024. While at the University of Oregon, Ms. Beatty gained experience in a range of legal fields, growing her passion for client advocacy and plaintiff representation.

At Oregon Law, Samantha was one of four students chosen for an esteemed ‘Wills for the Underserved Program’, served as a legal intern at an environmental nonprofit, and spent a summer abroad in Venice, Italy, aiding regional and national government authorities. Samantha also served as a Board Member for the First-Generation Law Students Association and the Green Business Initiative at Oregon Law.

In 2021, Samantha obtained her Honors Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Sustainability Studies from the University of Utah. Ms. Beatty completed two and a half years of engineering studies and interning before shifting her focus to law. Her experience in engineering gives her the upper hand in understanding and utilizing expert reports to reach the best outcome for her clients in construction defect litigation.
