Michael Weinhoffer

Michael Weinhoffer is an associate attorney in Burg Simpson’s medical malpractice department. Mr. Weinhoffer obtained his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2023. While attending the Sturm College of Law, Michael was a member and later vice president of the Student Plaintiff’s Bar. He also volunteered as an articles editor for the Colorado Bar Association’s Colorado Lawyer magazine, and in the collections department at the Wings Over The Rockies Air & Space Museum in Denver. Prior to joining Burg Simpson, Mr. Weinhoffer was an associate attorney at another Denver-area firm specializing in medical malpractice.  

Mr. Weinhoffer obtained his Bachelor of Science in Commercial Space Operations from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in 2020, and he will always be passionate about aviation and spaceflight. 

Outside of the office, Mr. Weinhoffer enjoys cheering on the New York Yankees and Denver Broncos, following cricket around the world, and playing golf and table tennis. Mr. Weinhoffer is very excited to be part of the Burg Simpson team and looks forward to providing exceptional representation to his clients.
