Michael C. Menghini
Michael Menghini is a Shareholder and Co-Practice Group Leader in Burg Simpson’s Construction Practice Group.
Michael represents clients with claims related to construction defects, design defects, and product defects. His clients include community associations, homeowners, apartment communities, business owners, and municipalities.
Michael has more than 15 years of experience as a trial lawyer and represents clients across the United States involving various complex construction, design, and product defect litigation.
Michael is proud to be part of the exceptional team at Burg Simpson, which has achieved local and national recognition for its legal work and accomplishments. In addition to Michael and several of his colleagues receiving various accolades for their legal work and being selected into the Best Lawyers in America®, Super Lawyers®, and Martindale-Hubbell®, U.S. News & World Report has awarded Burg Simpson’s Construction Group Tier 1 Status – the highest ranking available.
Michael was born and raised in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, specifically Iron Mountain. He currently resides in Colorado with his lovely wife, Maureen, and six children, Bernadette, Paul, Michael, Joseph, Martha, and Walter.
