David K. TeSelle
David K. TeSelle J.D. is a nationally-recognized trial lawyer licensed in Colorado and Arizona who has successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdicts in both state and federal court, as well as in private arbitration. His high profile successful jury verdicts include one of the largest personal injury verdicts in Arizona history ($58,500,000) for grieving families against a body donation company who accepted body donations for medical and scientific research, but instead sold the bodies and body parts for profit. TeSelle has achieved numerous multi-million verdicts and arbitration awards in various practice areas, including consumer fraud, complex commercial litigation, class actions, insurance bad faith, construction defects, and breach of contract, securities, and bet-your-business litigation. TeSelle has also successfully argued high profile cases before various state and federal appellate courts across the country.
TeSelle continues to be actively engaged in high-profile trial litigation nationwide. He is current a lead lawyer representing thousands of “gold star” military families in New York and Washington, D.C. courts whose loved ones were injured or killed by Iranian-backed terror attacks in Iraq against Iran, its agents and instrumentalities, and the multi-national banks who provided Iran and its terror proxies material support. He is also a lead trial lawyer pursuing bad faith claims against insurance companies for their failure to cover businesses for massive business losses during Covid-19.
TeSelle’s history of success includes prevailing against banks on Wall Street for mortgage fraud during the 2008 “mortgage-backed securities” crisis (the so-called “Big Short” cases).
TeSelle also represents a select group of successful corporate and business clientele in trial and litigation-related business issues, including risk management.

He currently lives in Parker, Colorado with his son and his two dogs (Stella and Lincoln).
