Burg Simpson Handles Big Rig Collisions and Crashes
Burg Simpson Handles Big Rig Collisions and Crashes
Collisions involving large commercial vehicles are typically more complicated than other types of traffic-related crashes because they often involve multiple liability issues. Negligent parties can include the truck driver, the trucking company, and even the truck manufacturer. Due to the complexities inherent in collisions with big rigs, semi-trucks, and tractor-trailers, it is essential to work with experienced truck accident attorneys who are familiar with these kinds of cases and know how to protect your rights and obtain the compensation you deserve.
With over four decades of experience, our personal injury attorneys at Burg Simpson have the skill and the resources to determine who is liable for your injuries and the amount of compensation you deserve. Our lawyers have over 40 years of success handling all kinds of truck accident cases, including ones involving:
- Truck driver error

- Unsecured cargo
- Defective truck parts
- Roadway problems
Burg Simpson Will Stand Up to the Insurance Companies
It is important to know that the insurance companies will not be looking out for your best interests. Profits are their priority, and consequently, they will seek to deny or reduce your claims for compensation. Without experienced legal representation, it is possible that you may be tempted to choose a settlement offer that is far below what your case is worth.
Our personal injury attorneys have the experience and the resources to conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of your collision, and when we have built a strong case, we will fight to obtain maximum compensation. Burg Simpson has over 40 years of experience standing up to insurance companies and achieving favorable results.
In your consultation, we will discuss the details of your case and obtaining compensation for:
- Past and future medical costs
- Pain and suffering
- Emotional distress
- Lost wages
- Lost earning capacity
Should You Settle Your Case or Go to Trial?
While many big rig collision cases are resolved outside of the courtroom, if the insurance company does not offer a reasonable settlement, we are prepared to take your case to trial. The lawyers at Burg Simpson will always strive to secure the best possible resolution for our clients, and will not hesitate to fight for you in court if that is what it takes to obtain the compensation you deserve. Burg Simpson is a national trial firm and our personal injury litigation team is dedicated to obtaining results.
