Update: Fort Collins, CO – Woman Dies from E Mulberry St & Frontage Rd Crash Injuries

CO (March 31, 2021) – One woman who was critically injured in a motor vehicle accident in the Fort Collins area on Tuesday evening has passed away, according to local news sources. On March 30, the Fort Collins Police Department and EMS responded to the scene of a crash, along with the Poudre Fire Authority, on East Mulberry Street.

Reports provided by authorities show that at approximately 4:25 p.m., a 2002 Jeep Cherokee driven by an adult female was traveling west on Mulberry Street when it collided with an eastbound 2007 Peterbilt semi-truck at the intersection with Frontage Road. The two females inside the Jeep were severely injured. One victim remains hospitalized. However, the second victim, identified as the passenger of the vehicle, passed away due to her injuries. At this time, the Fort Collins Collision Reconstruction and Scene Handling Team is handling the investigations surrounding this accident.
