Fatal Motorcycle Accidents in Colorado

Motorcycle accidents claim the lives of more than 125 people each year. Although these vehicles account for nearly 1% of all traffic on roads across the country, riders are victims in nearly 15% of all traffic fatalities annually across the United States. Motorcycle accidents involving multiple vehicles are more likely to result in catastrophic injuries. Motorcyclists are particularly vulnerable to the impact of other vehicles in collisions, to begin with. Being struck by multiple vehicles dramatically increases the chances of suffering from fatal injuries. Losing a loved one tragically and unexpectedly can have an overwhelming impact on surviving relatives.

When victims lose their lives in collisions, families are often left to deal with unbearable mental and emotional consequences. Many families are forced to spend tens of thousands of dollars on funeral expenses, deal with lost earnings, and suffer emotional and mental consequences. When families lose loved ones in motorcycle accidents, due to the negligence of others, they should reach out to a Colorado wrongful death lawyer as soon as possible.
