Pierce Township, OH – One Person Killed in Fire on Ludlow Circle

Pierce Township, OH (October 12, 2020) – A fire incident reported in Pierce Township early Monday morning claimed one person’s life. At approximately 5 a.m., on October 12, the Pierce Township Fire Department responded to the scene of a residential fire incident on Ludlow Circle.

Reports from local news sources show that a fire broke out at a home on Ludlow Circle in Pierce Township for unknown reasons. Firefighters rushed to the scene of the crash and quickly took control of the blaze. Crews were able to extinguish the fire rapidly and enter the home to search for injured parties. One person was located inside the home at the time of the incident. The victim ended up passing away from their injuries. There were no other injuries reported in this incident. The fire, which broke out on the left side of the home, is under investigation with the state fire marshals.
