On October 9, 2018, the Food and Drug Administration announced that Sprayology is recalling 22 different homeopathic oral sprays due to potential microbial contamination. Sprayology markets these products as relieving an assortment of ailments, from jet lag to acne to sleeping problems. A list of the affected sprays can be found here: FDA Recall Notice

Sprayology warns that use of the recalled products could result in infections that may necessitate medical intervention and could even be life-threatening to certain individuals. Although Sprayology is offering replacement sprays to consumers who return their products, it does not appear Sprayology is offering any remedy to those who have already used and/or discarded Sprayology’s contaminated sprays.

If you or a loved one has purchased one of Sprayology’s recalled sprays, contact one of the experienced consumer protection attorneys at Burg Simpson today to discuss your legal rights. Call us at 1-800-713-9340 or fill out our contact form for a FREE no-obligation consultation today.
