Ohio Burg Simpson - LuLaRoe Failure to Refund

March 16, 2018   Ohio Business / Commercial Litigation, Ohio Consumer Litigation / Class Action, Ohio Legal Updates

Attention Kentucky and Ohio LuLaRoe Fashion Retailers and Consultants! Burg Simpson is investigating LuLaRoe for failing to honor its agreement to refund Consultants for unsold inventory.

To entice individuals to become LuLaRoe Consultants, LuLaRoe made a buy-back promise. The buy-back promise consisted of a return policy, by which Consultants who wished to stop selling for LuLaRoe could return their unsold inventory to LuLaRoe for a refund. Given this promise, consultants expended thousands of dollars on LuLaRoe clothing in hopes that they could sell it to those in their community. This appeared to be a risk-free investment. Unfortunately, for many, this was not the case. Rather, Burg Simpson and others have received reports of LuLaRoe failing to honor its buy-back promise, leaving many Consultants with worthless clothing and mounds of credit card debt.

If you live in Kentucky or Ohio and LuLaRoe has taken advantage of you and refused to allow you to return unsold clothing for a refund, contact Burg Simpson Ohio today by calling 513-852-5600 or fill out our Free Case Evaluation Form Here.
