Las Vegas, NV – Victim Injured in Hit-and-Run Accident at Washington Ave & Nellis Blvd
Las Vegas, NV (August 16, 2021) – A pedestrian is in serious condition at the hospital after they were hit on Saturday morning, August 21, officers said.
Officers with the Metro Police Department said that they responded to reports of a hit-and-run crash near the intersection of Nellis Boulevard and Washington Avenue around 10:00 a.m.
The pedestrian, whose identity was not released, was transported to a hospital via ambulance in serious condition.
The area was shut down and remained closed for several hours, and it’s unclear if the driver stayed on the scene.
The investigation is ongoing at this time, and further information was not provided.
