Colorado Construction Defects Attorneys

For years, Colorado homebuilders have struggled to keep up with demand. As such, some developers have decided to pursue quantity over quality when it comes to new home construction. Hasty homebuilding, whether it is single-family homes or condominiums, can lead to mistakes – sometimes deadly ones.

While states differ over the finer point of construction law, most consider construction defects to be any “deficiency in the design or construction of a building or structure resulting from a failure to design or construct in a reasonably workmanlike manner, and/or in accordance with a buyer’s reasonable expectation. The most dangerous defects have the capacity to fail, resulting in physical injury or damage to people or property.” Other flaws, referred to as passive defects, can pose an economic danger to the property owner in the form of loss of use, diminution in value, and extra expenses incurred while defects are corrected.

You do   not have to live with your homebuilders mistakes. Fighting for your rights can seem daunting, but our experienced Colorado construction defects lawyers have decades of experience taking on powerful developers and homebuilders on behalf of hundreds of homeowners. We can help, but you need to contact us as soon as possible.
