Ohio Entrapment Accident in Cincinnati on Erie Ave Ends in Injuries

Cincinnati, OH (May 23, 2021) – On May 22, emergency crews were requested at the scene of an accident on Erie Avenue during the afternoon hours that ended in injuries.

Reports provided by the local police indicate that at approximately 3 p.m., a crash between a Ford sedan and a gray Volvo occurred near 3295 Erie Avenue. The incident blocked the roadway, causing some delays in the area. One passenger became entrapped in one of the vehicles and had to be extricated by firefighters. Multiple medical units were requested at the scene. The victim was subsequently transported to a local hospital for medical care with an unknown number of additional injured parties. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
