Las Vegas, NV – Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Vehicle on Fremont St near Oakey Blvd

Las Vegas, NV (July 14, 2021) – Emergency crews in the Las Vegas area were called to the scene of an accident on Tuesday evening that claimed one person’s life. At around 11:15 p.m., on July 13, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was notified that their assistance was needed at the scene of a crash on Fremont Street.

Reports from authorities show that a pedestrian was traveling in the area of Fremont Street, just north of Oakey Boulevard, when they were struck by a vehicle. The pedestrian was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition. Authorities confirmed that the victim passed away after arriving. At this time, the incident remains under investigation.
