Denver, Colorado – Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine, P.C. is proud to announce that its founding member, Michael “Mike” Burg, has released his book, Trial by Fire: One Man’s Battle to End Corporate Greed and Save Lives. The book demonstrates Mike’s unwavering personal commitment to stand up for the weary, weak, and the downtrodden at all costs. It also follows Mike’s illustrious life and career–from starting out as a solo practitioner, to representing The Little Rascals, to taking on some of the most powerful corporations in the world, to being part of the leadership team in some of the largest pharmaceutical cases in the country, and ultimately, effectuating settlements in excess of $3 Billion dollars for his clients.
Throughout his 40-year career, Mike built one of the most successful law firms in the country and is considered one of the top trial lawyers in America. His primary goal is–and always has been– protecting the rights of consumers. In April 2016, he was inducted into the Trial Lawyer Hall of Fame, housed at Temple University.
Mike’s book is now available for purchase at Amazon.com, Barnes and Noble, or your local bookstore. On Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at 7:00 PM, Mike will be discussing and signing the book at the Tattered Cover Bookstore at 2526 E. Colfax Avenue in Denver, Colorado.
