The Colorado Lawyer Publishes “A Survey of COVID-19 Insurance Issues”

The Colorado Lawyer published a recent article by Burg Simpson attorneys, Thomas W. Henderson, Nick Fogel, and Joseph F. “Trip” Nistico III. Their article entitled, “Survey of COVID-19 Insurance Issues: Coverage for Business Income Interruptions Part 1” was featured in the Tort Law and Insurance section of The Colorado Lawyer’s August/September 2020 issue. This two-part article surveys insurance issues relating to business income interruption and workers’ compensation arising from the COVID-19 pandemic.

In law school, Mr. Nistico was a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal, the Samuelson-Glushko Technology Law & Policy Clinic, the Hatfield Scholars Program, and the Silicon Flatirons DC Summer Program.
