Burg Simpson Shareholder Angela McGraw Joins Panel of Experts to Discuss Vaccine Injury Law
Burg Simpson shareholder Angela McGraw focuses her legal practice on medical malpractice and serious personal injury claims. On August 25, Ms. McGraw joined a panel of experts to present a CLE regarding Vaccine Injury Law for the Colorado Bar Association. Ms. McGraw and the panel shared insight on relief for injuries from vaccines from the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program (VICP) and the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program (CICP), and potential 3rd party liability claims. Ms. McGraw and the panel members also provided insights, warnings, and strategic thoughts about the viability of these claims for vaccine and vaccination injuries, and the prudence of bringing these claims both in situations where they are the only available remedies or in situations where they might be an alternative to the VICP and CICP remedies. Specifically, Ms. McGraw focused her comments on professional malpractice claims.
