Burg Simpson Attorneys Lead Construction Defect Seminar
Continuing education is a critical part of every lawyer’s professional development. That is why the attorneys at Burg Simpson Colorado are committed to helping their peers with their ongoing legal education.
Burg Simpson attorneys Ronald M. Sandgrund and Leslie A. Tuft are doing just that. They are presiding over a live program and web seminar, “Residential Construction Defect Law Update: 2018,” at 9 a.m. on June 15 in the CBA-CLE large classroom at 1900 Grant St., Suite 300 in Denver.
The three-hour advanced session will highlight significant construction defect liability, damages, and insurance developments that have occurred during the past two years and as described in the just-released Sixth Edition of Residential Construction Law in Colorado (CLE Books 2018).
A copy of the book, co-authored by Burg Simpson lawyers Ronald M. Sandgrund, Scott F. Sullan, and Leslie A. Tuft will be included as part of the course materials. For more information about the program or to register, visit here.
