Burg Simpson Ohio trial lawyers Melanie Bailey and Jessica Powell co-authored an article for the Kentucky Justice Association.  The article serves as an introduction to multidistrict litigation (MDL).  MDL cases account for the majority of the federal district courts’ caseload.  Yet, many attorneys know very little about MDL.
