The Arapahoe County Bar Association (ACBA) is a non-profit organization for legal professionals that is dedicated to serving nearly 1,000 members in the Denver Metro area.  Dave Hersh is the Past President of the ACBA and a shareholder with Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine. Attending this year’s annual holiday party at the ACBA, he is pictured on the right with his wife Julie Hersh, and Judge Christopher Cross, and attorney Amanda Eno.

In addition to his active trial practice, Mr. Hersh also chairs the Arapahoe County Bar Association Lawyer Well-Being Committee. The committee is charged with the responsibility for raising awareness about lawyer well-being issues, providing assistance to its community with available resources, and normalizing the essential conversations around the health and wellness issues facing its members. Mr. Hersh is also active in the Wyoming Bar Association Ad-Hoc Committee on Lawyer Well-Being.
