Burg Simpson shareholder Stephen J. Burg took part in a day-long continuing education seminar sponsored by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. The event, “In Search of a New Paradigm: Recalibrating the Moral Compass of an Industry to Serve Future Generations,” took place at the Embassy Suites Denver Downtown Convention Center in Denver.
Stephen’s segment, presented before a crowd of more than 150, focused on cases of insurance bad faith.
The CTLA, with more than 1,300 members, is the state’s largest specialty bar association. The association “provides continuing legal education and training to trial attorneys in addition to networking opportunities, resources and professional development activities.”
