The InQuiring Lawyer Dialogue: Does Popular Culture Influence Lawyers, Judges, and Juries? – Parts III and IV

By Burg Simpson

April 1, 2015

Parts III and IV of the The Colorado Bar Association’s publication, The Colorado Lawyer‘s, round table articles are now published and available for download.

Part III of the ongoing series investigates whether popular culture may be undermining the rule of law.

Part IV asks each of the panel members which movies and TV shows they love, and which they love to hate, in how they depict lawyers, judges, and trials—and which have had the greatest influence on them.

Authored and organized by Burg Simpson attorney Ron Sandgrund, “The InQuiring Lawyer” addresses topics in a round table discussion with judges, lawyers, law students and professors, politicians, economists, business leaders, entrepreneurs, journalists, gadflies, children, “and know-it-alls, (myself included),” remarks Mr. Sandgrund.
